Meeting regarding work for the
International and Exchange Students
On the afternoon of 3rd March a meeting regarding work for the international and exchange students was held in the number 6 meeting room at the university’s administration center. Related personnel from the international department hosted the event which was attended by international student management teachers from 17 different colleges including the College of International Education, the College of Economics & Administration as well as the College of Mathematics & Information.
During the meeting the teachers discussed work regarding the university’s international and exchange students. There was also an introduction and exchange about the school’s experience with this kind of work.
The details of the university’s student recruitment work was explained by Jin Jianzhen, the Deputy Secretary of the College of International Culture and Education and Li Ju, the Deputy Secretary of the College of Mathematics & Information. The two Deputy Secretaries also shared their experience and thoughts about student recruitment. During the meeting each teacher talked about the special features each different piece of work included and their experience related to these jobs. Ideas and plans were also shared, Li Ju shared his “Lighthouse” plan in hopes other teachers might be able to use it too.
The meeting has setup a foundation for future work.
