Volleyball Games held by College of Mathematics, Physics and Information Engineering to Celebrate the University’s 59th Anniversary
It is passion that we live with; it is youth that we soar in. Since April 7th, the college has been holding the annual volleyball match, in which the competitors spare no effort to show their vigor as well as passion.
It should be noted that there are new faces in the match-three vigorous overseas students from Arab: Al-Tawil Rashed Muhsen Rashed, Hussein Ail and Al-Nawar Emad Khaled Mohammed. With the cooperation and competition with Chinese fellow students, they show the common passion towards sports in Yemenese no matter in successes or failures. They shout cheers for their success but never give in to failure. Filling with the match court are the cheers from students of home and abroad. Undoubtedly, the volleyball match is what we all share. So, let us work together to finish this battle, making our friendship longer and deeper.
The editor is lucky enough to have an opportunity to interview two of them after the match. When asked about the feeling of being a competitor, they said, “I take part in today’s volleyball match together with my classmates. I’ve never imagined that playing volleyball with Chinese classmates could be so funny. And some of my competitors are really good at it. I do have a wonderful day. Thank you all.”(Al-Tawil Rashed Muhsen Rashed) When asked about their comments on their own team, they said, “It is the first time we take part in such kind of match. Although we are not very skilled players, our class unit as one: we practice and play practice matches together. We understand and take care of each other just like brothers and sisters. I believe that we will have more confidence and better cooperation in the following matches!”(Hussein Ail)
The editor here wishes these competitors good luck and success in the match!
